This report shows how children living with mental disability are caged like animals somewhere outside the house to contain them. This is not a case of one child, but several children caged and legs chained in the same way. This shows us how some people have completely lost respect for human dignity. These children are treated as outcasts by their own families. The stigma and discrimination surrounding people suffering from mental illness is so rampant, but completely ignored.
