    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you can notice from the answer of the Assistant Minister that the flooding took place on 2nd September, 2010 and it was not until 15th September, 2010 that the Ministry dispatched the team to go to the site. That was almost two weeks after the disaster. Why did it take too long for the Ministry to respond? Even when they responded, they did not take food. Instead they took mosquito nets, jerry cans and household water. Why did the officials not take food because that was the most important item?"
