    "content": "In the First Session of the 12th Parliament, the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations resolved to inspect Kenyan foreign missions with a view of assessing their capacity to represent Kenya’s interests abroad and to recommend possible interventions needed for them to discharge their duties effectively. To achieve this, the Committee identified missions in Asia, Europe, Russia and North America for inspection visits in the Financial Year 2017/2018. In the 2018/2019 Financial Year, we are going to undertake many visits of our missions in Africa."
