    "content": "The objectives of these visits were among others, to assess the status of the Kenyan missions in order to establish their performance, operations, challenges and opportunities to tap investments from countries of representation. The visits were also to inquire into the welfare of the diplomatic staff and their working conditions. In this respect, I appreciate the effort of this House that in the just concluded Finance Bill, 2018, it acted in favour of our foreign officers."
