    "content": "In the case of the Republic of China, it is not easy to imagine the importance of this very powerful country in terms of economics and population. It is a major global power. We engaged with them at various levels but it is important that we intensify that relationship and put more resources in developing our relationship with them. One of the things we found out is that China is the fourth largest country. Beijing, the capital is in the north but most of the people who engage with Kenya in terms of trade are in the southern part of that country and cities like Guangzhou. We recommend that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government looks into and quickly establishes a consulate general in Guangzhou where we can provide more services to people who are involved in trade and industry and engage with Kenya."
