The other concern I have is the large entourage that accompanies our dignitaries when they travel. I checked the last time when our delegation went to the United Nations Headquarters and found out it was a whole planeload of people. I would call them joyriders. It is a matter of concern and I would like to compare our country with a clip I saw this morning on Swiss Confederation. The President of that country, which has about nine times the GDP of Kenya, went to the United Nations with a delegation of five people. He lived in a small shared apartment and was walking to the United Nations Headquarters. So, it is a matter of concern that a country like Kenya can afford the luxury of floating per diems for joyriders."
