Could the Assistant Minister tell us why he had not deployed the Flying Squad before the murder in this crime prone area of Kisii and other parts of the country like Kerugoya where many murders have been committed? Could he also tell us what he is doing about reforming the police in order to give Kenyans adequate security?"
