Mbarire suggest that we have a sitting together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Treasury so that we can see how we are going to support our missions abroad. The buildings they are living in are in pathetic situations. They need renovations, but they cannot deliver when they are not given sufficient funds. How do they give services in those countries?"
