    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me a chance to speak. I rise to support the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations. It is now 54 years since our country attained Independence. It is surprising that as we speak there are many Kenyan missions abroad that do not have proper offices and furniture. It is a pity because Kenya is respected and is an international hub. The Cabinet Secretary concerned is not doing his job as it is supposed to be done."
