    "content": "I am very happy to note and state that these are very important committees of the PAP and I am very happy that the Kenyan delegation managed to sit in these committees. During this session, a number of resolutions were passed by the PAP. In summary, I want to mention a few of these resolutions. I want to start with a resolution that was passed on the management and provision of framework to end Human immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) tuberculosis and eliminate malaria in Africa by 2030. On this resolution, the plenary resolved to advocate for the fulfilment of the Abuja Declaration and sustained investments in the health sector to achieve the AU catalytic framework, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), AU Agenda 2063, the fast-track targets and the elimination of mother to child transmission of HIV.
