    "content": "The fourth resolution was on the African Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA) and the free movement of persons, rights of residence and rights of establishment. The plenary of the Pan-African Parliament noted with great acclamation that the presidents of the AU countries, in March 2018 in Kigali Rwanda, passed the agreement establishing the ACFTA. It should be noted in our House here that the plenary passed great gratitude to the President of Kenya, our very own His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta for having been one of the greatest people who steered this Protocol. The plenary resolved to initiate advocacy activities to expand the signature ratification, domestication and implementation of the agreement establishing ACFTA and the Protocol to the treaty establishing the African Economic Community relating to free movement of persons, rights of residence and rights of establishment."
