"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity to also add my voice to this very important Bill. I would also like to congratulate the Mover of this Bill, Sen. Cheruiyot. It is a very important Bill, just like all the Senators who have spoken before me have noted. It has come at a very opportune time when we are seeing many elderly people suffering. However, I would like to caution my colleagues that we should come up with a Bill which is implementable. It is a Government policy that any Bill that cannot be funded will not get implemented.
