    "content": "I am grateful for the positions which have been awarded to persons with disability and also congratulate Serah Kioko again for the new position. As she has been informed by the Leader of the Majority Party, Aden Duale, the job here is a bit bulky than in the Senate. So, she will have to up her game and make sure she works around the clock to ensure that Members are comfortable. I also wish to call upon Members to make sure they accord Serah Kioko the necessary assistance she may require in her new duties."
