    "content": "asked the Minister for Immigration and Registration of Persons:- (a) if he could inform the House whether the standard immigration requirements for all persons traveling into Kenya applies to soldiers of the British and American armies; (b) whether those officers are required to produce visa and passports for clearance purposes, and whether the Kenya Army undergoes similar immigration process in the USA and UK; and, (c) whether he could confirm that failure to subject the foreign officers to the standard immigration procedures has threatened national security."
