    "content": "I want the Members to remember what happened with the several disputes we had including the fresh elections in October, which, if there were any challenges, would have gone to December. That was the wisdom of it. If we had elections in December, it would have meant that as a nation, we would have settled in the month of May of the following year after elections. That would have fundamentally disorganised that year. Some people have mentioned that there are cultural issues which would make it better for us to conduct elections in December. I was part of the team which went across the country collecting these issues. For instance, if you go to western Kenya, they have the circumcision ceremony which is a cultural right essential for that part of the society during that month as they will tell you. Also, if you go to the Rift Valley, they will tell you that the best month for holding the circumcision ceremony in western Kenya is…"
