    "content": "August is two months away from the Budget process. Last year before the elections, the Budget that was read, was done hurriedly. In fact this National Assembly had to sit several times, and even called for special sittings to address certain issues and to budget for the elections itself which was so hectic. If these elections were moved to give the appropriations time, that will serve Kenyans very well."
