    "content": "We also talked about holding the elections in December. The elections and the campaigns tend to intensify approximately two months or so to the elections. If we will change the elections date to the third week of December, as it is being suggested, our students who will be sitting for KCSE and KCPE in October and November will be affected by the campaigns which will be at their climax. This is ill advised amendment to the Constitution. Also, there is no need to rush to amend the Constitution. With those few remarks together with the other issues that have been mentioned before me, I rise to oppose."
