    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this Amendment Bill. I have listened to quite a number of sentiments which my fellow Members have adduced to on this, but I beg to oppose this amendment for few reasons which have been discussed, only that I just want to emphasise. The most crucial thing here surrounding December to me, relates to the exams which our boys and girls sit for. As a nation we know very well that we have a duty to make sure that we protect the youth. Protection of the youth starts from when they start to sit for exams. This is the time when their future is being determined.
