    "content": " Hon. Members, I still see a lot of interest from Members. I see about 25 requests to speak to this. I do not know whether all of the requests are to this particular Bill. However, from the Order Paper, you will notice that the time that we had for this particular Bill was one hour and 32 minutes which we have run down. It is, therefore, my duty to call upon Hon. Chris Wamalwa to reply. But before you do that, allow me to recognise the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery, of members of Kwanza NG-CDF who have come to this Parliament for benchmarking and to watch the proceedings of this House.
