    "content": "The rate of the youth unemployment by the Kenya Bureau of Statistics (KBS) is at 19.2 per cent. Let us remind ourselves of the population statistics in respect of what is the threshold of the youths under 35 per cent. The United States of America (USA) based Population Reference Bureau (PRB) has indicated that 35 per cent of the Kenyan population is under the age of 18 years which makes the question of youths a very important issue not only for this House but also for our nation at this time."
