"content": "We have seen the Uwezo Fund does not do what it was meant to do. It was meant to support the youth to start various businesses to enable them get jobs, but we have not achieved that. This is because it is a loan and not a grant. The Uwezo Fund is interest free but the Youth Enterprise Development Fund and Women Enterprise Development Fund are loaned with interest. The youth issue should be included in the Big Four Agenda. I know manufacturing for job creation is a noble idea, but we can do a better job if we focus on constituencies."
