    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me a chance to add my voice to this important Motion. It is a Motion that is familiar to many of us who have been here before. Therefore, as we pass it, we need to start asking ourselves very hard questions as the leadership of this country. That is because this House is constituted by the leaders of this country. We have a youth fund already in place.
