In addition, the youth are vulnerable to drug addiction, alcoholism and immorality. This will not only destroy the future of our youths, but the entire future of our country. That is why such Motions need to be discussed soberly. It is incumbent upon all of us to make sure that we have followed it up to the implementation stage, so that it does not collect dust in our shelves."
