    "content": "In addition, on 9th January 2013, the National Assembly Departmental Committee on Lands and Natural Resources resolved that adjudication of the scheme should be done and that all pending court cases be expedited. Consequently, National Land Commission (NLC), County Government of Embu and local leaders and community members embarked on an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Each community, from the Mbeere, Embu, Mwea and Kirinyaga nominated 30 elders who participated in dialogue and negotiations. The team unanimously agreed that the land will be shared as follows:"
