Speaker, the recommendation of the CS is that the exercise may only resume if the concerns that lead to conflicts are amicably resolved by the relevant bodies being the Ministry of Lands, County Government of Embu and NLC to pave way for peaceful resettlement. It should be noted that there are some matters which are still in court. The Ministry has been monitoring the activities of all the interested parties and gathering intelligence with a view to hinder forceful entry by the persons holding title deeds or incitement to forceful entry."
