    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. First, I want to acknowledge the fact that the request has been made to you. You had rightfully pointed out the point I wanted to raise. As the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Energy, I have been complaining about many Bills from the National Assembly lying in the Senate which we would want them to finish with. Again, if they bring Bills here and we are unable to handle, execute and finish with them, then there will be a problem. At least, we are concerned about the need to finish with what the Senate has brought to the National Assembly. So, as we accuse them, they will not have an opportunity to accuse us."
