    "content": "As I conclude, I wish to assure the Hon. Members that the proposals which are in the Bill comply with the provisions of the Constitution, Kenya Health Policy, as well as the recently enacted Health Act No. 21 of 2017. These amendments will go a long way towards effective service delivery in the health sector and the ultimate achievement of universal health coverage."
