    "content": "The other issue is drugs that come into this country. We have been told that illegal practitioners under the Pharmacy and Poisons Board cause adverse effects to consumers. If consumers are going to get the drugs from the wrong hands, we are sure that we are going to make very serious mistakes. At the end of it all, we will kill people. This is the reason we have said that we want to make the charges more punitive, so that quacks can be dealt with."
