    "content": "In Cap 244, the board consisted of nine members. Unfortunately, for a very long time, it consisted of one cadre which is degree holders and only one member from the diploma holders’ cadre. For a very long time, it has not been fair for one cadre to be represented by one person among the nine. I support this Bill and request my fellow Members to look at it critically because we are all affected by it. We need to contribute to it so that we can come out with a Bill that defeats the bad practice in the health sector in this country."
