    "content": "Kenya is producing a lot of medical personnel. All the medical training colleges all over the country are producing a lot of personnel every year. Yet, when you go to our institutions; dispensaries, health centers and hospitals, there are no personnel, especially at the lowest level. Apart from the nurses, clinical officers and doctors who are not available because of the salaries that are paid by the Government and the various counties; if a commission was established to handle all health matters together, we would not be having all these disparities.
