    "content": "Finally, I laud the Government for having come up with the Universal Healthcare System. I want to congratulate the counties which have rolled out some form of universal health care like Makueni. I want to urge other counties and especially my county Kakamega which is the largest rural county in this country that they are late and need to start the NHIF for the people as soon as possible. In terms of training it will be prudent and equitable for the Government to ensure that every constituency has a medical training college to train our nurses."
