    "content": " The justification of going to Order No.10 was that the Report on Urban Areas and Cities (Amendment) Bill had just been tabled. As we speak, many Members have been approaching me and requesting for more time to look at this Report so that they can debate this Bill from point of information as cited by the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing.
