    "content": "(Hon. (Ms.) Jessica Mbalu): As we wait for the Committee to table the Report on the same, we have also said that, that is the procedure of the House. We must have the reports of the Committee tabled for us to debate the Bill. I also encourage the chairpersons of these committees to ensure that we have the tabling of the reports done as soon as possible for us to be able to make progress in terms of debating the Bills. So, I do order that the County Governments (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No.11 of 2017) be stood down for now."
