    "content": "that Parliament sat outside Nairobi. In fact, we devolved Senate to the people at the grassroots level. I do not want to name names, but we heard naysayers saying that this could not have been possible. I can only say that they are blind and ignorant not to see the importance of devolution in this country. This achievement was a big milestone in the history of this country. Farmers are now being paid their dues courtesy to our visit to Eldoret.
