"content": "Secondly, devolution is working. The devolved unit of health is actually working. Much as we had the unfortunate experience in Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr.’s case, it proved to all of us that health mashinani works. Within a short time, we moved from Nandi County to Eldoret and we found all the medical staff were there waiting to receive us. One of us was treated in record time and discharged. That was commendable. I thank the people, doctors and the medical fraternity in Nandi County. Lastly, our visit was of great use to all of us because we managed to cut across neighbouring counties like Nandi, Elgeyo-Marakwet---"
