I know that as my colleagues go through the Bill, they will see that the Bill has provided for that in the Schedule. I know that this is where most people are asking how the process starts. The Constitution tried to provide an elaborate process. Section 2 states: “(2) The Clerk of the National Assembly shall confirm that the proposed motion— The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes"
