    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker Sir, for this opportunity to pronounce myself on this Petition. I congratulate the Petitioners for bringing this matter to the Floor of the House. I got an opportunity to visit a section of this bypass and we went up to Laini Tisa and Kapseret. The complaint of the public is a common thread and the issue of compensation for land used for the construction of the road has become a thorny issue.
