    "content": "We have to make sure that Kenyans are not dispossessed because of a project. It is true that the road is important but the livelihood of those Kenyans is more important. When you bring the road, it is those people that you are trying to serve but if they are the ones that you are impoverishing, then that is the wrong way to go. We will take the Petition seriously so as to make sure that the Government promptly pays the affected persons before the project is started."
