    "content": "Finally, this jurisprudence undermines the constitutional role of Parliament as the sole law making organ of Government. It is us who should be saying whether gayism should be legal or not, but not the courts. The concept of separation of powers was articulated by one Montesquieu in 1748. He said that you must not fuse power. He said- “There is no greater tyranny than which is perpetrated under the shield of law and in the name of justice. To be truly grit, one has to stand with the people, not above them.” Therefore, shame on the courts which are trying to impose gay things in this country. Shame on them! I thank you."
