"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the Senior Counsel is arguing that the film is perceived from the angle of freedom of expression. Does it mean that it was allowable because it is just an issue of expression? Being a Senior Counsel, I would like him to explain to us the following scenario. For instance, assume that a court allowed the Al-Shabaab to show a film in Nairobi because that is freedom of expression. On the basis of that judgment, do you think the Al- Shabaab can say they should be allowed because it is their right to express themselves? For me, that film ought not to have been allowed because it will form a precedent that will open a pandora’s box. That is the reason I am opposing."
