    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when I left my office, I had an Order Paper that did not reflect the business of today to include this Motion, to the extent that I was not able to even address my mind to the matter. When I walked into the House, I found the hon. Member for Yatta raising issues about two Order Papers. That is when I learnt that the matter is available for debate this afternoon. I seek an adjournment of this debate because it is a very weighty matter. If you have seen extracts that have been carried in the media, although the media cannot be used as authority to pursue an argument, the report makes very far-reaching recommendations that touch on me personally. Under the rules of natural justice, fair play, parliamentary etiquette; based on precedents in comparable jurisdictions; a matter as weighty as this requires the respondent to have ample time to prepare to make a reasoned response. I am quite sure that there could be many hon. Members who have not seen this report or if they have, they have not read the same."
