Following what Mr. Ruto has said and what Mr. Wetangula has talked about, in the morning, the Order Paper that was there when I came in is the one which we have in this House. We have a Supplementary Order Paper which has been circulated a few minutes ago. The issue of concern in the Supplementary Order Paper is the Motion from the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations. I have just received this report and as you can see, it is deals with five embassies. A lot of money has been used not in a proper manner. Am I in order to seek your concurrence in deferring this Motion up to Tuesday so that we can debate on it?"
