    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to join the rest of my colleagues in celebrating this great Kenyan, Eliud Kipchoge, for the momentous feat that he has achieved. The highlight of the day for me was when The New York Times sent out a tweet with the title, „ Move over Usain Bolt, here comes Eliud Kipchoge. ‟ That was a great feat because for those of us who are fans of sports and athletics, we know that Usain Bolt is a giant. For other people – not even ourselves, as Kenyans – to claim that the stature that The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
