    "content": "Eliud has achieved is way above that of Usain Bolt, it was a great moment for us, as Kenyans. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to join the rest of my colleagues in calling upon ourselves, as leaders, to pay keen attention to how we manage sports in this country. If you look at the budget that was passed by the National Assembly, the Ministry of Sports and Heritage had the least allocation. This stems from the kind of attitude that we got while growing up, for those of us that went to public schools. Many are the times that the teacher would walk in and say that if it is time for physical education, you do not necessarily have to participate in it. Unfortunately, we have carried on that kind of attitude even in the management of our resources, as public leaders. We treat sports matters very casually. We do so without realizing that this is an industry that can employ so many of our young people, who we continue to give praise and honour. In conclusion, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is incumbent upon us to remember that- --"
