    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is no lack of laws to ensure that we take care of our athletes. In the first instance, in the Eleventh Parliament, we passed the Heroes Act, which recognises that sports and athletics is one of the grounds through which we can identify heroes and heroines and honour them. As Sen. Wako said, if they were to be given national honours, it would also serve to sanctify this practice that people may have lost confidence in. It is a question of ensuring that we do not just glorify certain aspects of our communal prosperity and leave others that make us very strong."
