    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Clause 58(5) says- “Parliament shall review the percentages under this Section within 10 years.” I do not have a problem with Parliament reviewing these percentages within ten years, but I wish that we can include a clause that protects the existing one that is approved in this. That way, if Parliament reviewed the percentage to the communities, it can only improve."
