Will you be happy with such percentages if oil is found in your locality? Turkana being now at experiment stage, is going through this decision that we will have five per cent for the community, 20 per cent for the county and 75 per cent for the national Government. However, whatever amount of money that we get, we should use it diligently to reduce poverty levels."
