    "content": "Looking at the management in terms of issues of upstream, mainstream and even downstream, it is indicated that in most of the cases, the CS has a lot of powers, maybe only using advisory Committees which are under the CS. That means that the major power is under that CS. This means that there are bound to be a lot of challenges when it comes to management. It is my concern that if this is not amended, in future we shall have a problem when it comes to looking at issues of transparency."
