    "content": "However, we are slowly winning that debate. The next debate is to ensure that once the Bills come here we expedite properly. The other day and sadly so, my colleagues were saying, the Senate is delaying Bills. This House does not delay Bills. In fact, I looked at all the Bills including, the Petroleum Bill. The National Assembly had them in October 2017. It came to the Senate after seven or eight months, and then, they quickly ran to the press and argued that the Senate is delaying Bills yet the Bill had been in the Senate barely for two months."
