    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is good practice that the committees obviously give us reports so that we have the benefit of the information they receive from the public. However, we should not allow the committees to stifle us; then the committees will not do their work and then the business of the Senate will then hang. This Senate is diligent, we have good Senators, we can proceed and then the Chair and the Committee can have an opportunity at some point to present those observations. However, since the Senate Majority Leader is on his feet and we slotted this during the SBC, I think he should proceed. Thank you."
